🇩🇪 Germany plans to order 16 new A400M transport aircraft from Airbus to replace older models without tactical capabilities — Defence Minister Boris Pistorius.

The multibillion-euro procurement still requires Bundestag approval and would upgrade the fleet with aircraft better suited to operating in high-threat environments.
