🇪🇺🇨🇦 EU and Canada secure nearly €220M in pledges to strengthen global ocean observation through the new OceanEye International Alliance.
The funding will support ocean-monitoring networks, new technologies and critical data systems, with the EU contributing €92M and Canada pledging C$82M over five years.
