🇱🇹🇷🇺 Lithuania is strengthening security at the new Gizai power substation near Russia’s Kaliningrad, protecting it against drone attacks, sabotage, and other hybrid threats.

The substation is part of the Harmony Link with Poland. Reinforced structures, protected transformers, and anti-explosive fencing are among the measures expected to add at least €48 million to the project.
