Outsiders are reading your ChatGPT conversations: OpenAI is hiring hundreds of workers to evaluate the bot's responses to real user queries.

They may be shown entire dialogues with personal details. Account names are hidden, but OpenAI admits: sensitive data cannot always be removed before being passed to reviewers.
