🧠 Bot Memory — redesigned

The old "Documents" section is now Bot Memory, and it works differently.

Two memory types:
• Always Active — the bot reads this before every single message. Use for personality, rules, key facts. You can skip setting prompt — just use memory.
• Knowledge Base — the bot searches this when a relevant question comes up. Use for FAQs, policies, product info. This works as before, but you'll need to be more explicit to search the memory

When adding a memory you choose format — Text or FAQ.

Total budget — 10,000 characters shared with the system prompt at runtime. There's search, sort, filter by type, bulk import, and a live character counter so you always see how much budget you have left.
