Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin placed a $148,000 bet that the United States will not confirm the existence of aliens before 2027.

The bet emerged following statements by Donald Trump about a possible disclosure of information regarding UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Vitalik, apparently, decided to go against the hype and bet on a more down-to-earth scenario.
