Awarapan 2 - Nostaligia Ruined

When the movie started, it hit me so hard and took me years back. Pure nostalgia. The background music and the purpose to bring Shivam back—everything was making sense.

After that, I don't know what happened. The direction style completely changed. It had the worst background music I have ever experienced in any movie; any good frame was ruined because of the BGM. The villain's acting was third-rate, feeling like a cheap copy of Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The uncle, who was supposed to be a drug lord, felt more like a chauffeur.

Emraan Hashmi tried so hard and worked so well, but the direction is just terrible. Climax scenes and some good entry scenes have some stupid singer's voice in the background ruining them. All the good frames of the movie were already displayed in the trailer and songs. This could have been so much better. I feel so bad.
