Which actor or actress is a perfect example of being in the right place at the right time?

For me, it’s Deepika and Anushka. I know they were both models before Bollywood, but you have to be incredibly lucky to get your first movie opposite SRK, with him actively promoting you. Even most nepo girls don’t get that kind of launch or treatment.
