Why doesn't Bollywood make college dramas like 13 Reasons Why, Riverdale, Euphoria & Elite?

Bollywood should explore more College Classroom type dramas like 13 reasons why, Riverdale, Euphoria, Elite etc. Although Elite was remade into Class, I don't think there's still much scope of representation in this place for younger genres & actors to flourish. What are your thoughts on this? This would really be hits on OTT!
