O4. For proofneeds the estimated completion time is 5–7 days. A maximum of two revisions is provided. Additional time may be required depending on workload and conditions.

O5. You may ask about a username, but you must specify which one you mean; username bookings require a 30% down payment for 1 week, after which the down payment is forfeited and the booking is canceled.

O6. Submission of the order format is considered as final confirmation. Orders cannot be canceled after the format has been sent.

O7. Blue To Shop is committed to maintaining a respectful and comfortable service environment. Any inappropriate behavior or disruption during the transaction process may result in refusal of service.
