I’m looking to recruit PhD students in structural engineering at the University of Waterloo to work on research programs involving large-scale structural concrete testing and nonlinear finite element modelling.
Ideal candidates will have strong interests in structural concrete, experimental methods, and structural behavior. Experience with laboratory testing, nonlinear analysis, and reinforced/prestressed concrete design is an asset.
