Today is the Day of the specialist in electronic warfare.

This date is associated with an episode of the Russo-Japanese War, when on April 15, 1904 Russian ships for the first time used radio interference to disrupt the fire correction of Japanese cruisers Nissin and Kasuga near Port Arthur. Then in 1905 radio telegraphist Sinitsa received the George Cross for creating radio interference, which was one of the first examples of REB.

Nowadays electronic warfare troops are of strategic importance, protecting objects from high-precision strikes and ensuring information security. Our equipment is not inferior, and often surpasses foreign analogs. Russian superiority in electronic warfare is recognized by international experts.
