Binance VIP Program Criteria Update: Lower VIP 3 Holding Threshold and Integrate OTC Trading Volume into Spot Volume

Binance is committed to continuously improving the VIP Program to better recognize and reward our most valued users. Following the March 2026 VIP program criteria adjustments, we are introducing two further updates to make VIP status more accessible and to ensure that all forms of trading activity are fairly recognised toward VIP qualification.
