💱 What is a Delta-Neutral Strategy?
The TON price is currently around $1.3. For an investor, it’s always a dilemma: "I want to earn fees in pools, but I’m afraid TON will drop and eat up all my profits."
The solution to this problem is Delta-Neutrality.
What is "Delta"?
In finance, Delta is an indicator of how much your balance depends on the price of an asset.
If you are simply holding 1000 TON, your Delta = 1000.
In a delta-neutral position, your total Delta tends toward zero.
🔘How does it work?
You create a structure of two positions that "cancel each other out." When TON drops, one part of your portfolio loses money, while the other earns the same amount.
Your profit: You completely eliminate the risk of price changes and keep only the net protocol fees. This turns trading from a "guessing game" into a stable currency exchange business.
In the next posts, we’ll break down exactly how this can be implemented.
