Text Notes for Contacts

In the Beta version of Telegram for iOS 12.1 (31369), users can now add text notes to their contacts.

The maximum note length is 128 characters, and emojis are supported.
Comments added to a profile are visible only to you.

You cannot leave a note on the profile of a user who is not in your contact list.
