Did you know that we don’t have to wait for a fraud trial to deport Ilhan Omar?

There exists a secret mechanism where the DHS Secretary can deport her right now.

Mike Davis outlines a U.S. statute already on the books that allows the federal government to STRIP citizenship obtained through fraud.

Under 8 U.S.C. § 1453, citizenship can be revoked if it was obtained through:

-Fraudulent naturalization paperwork
-Concealment of material facts
-Willful misrepresentation
-Failure to meet legal naturalization requirements

Ilhan Omar appears to have violated every bit of her naturalization paperwork. DHS can strip her paperwork at any time legally and lawfully.
