CNN’s data analyst now says Republicans could be on track to hold the Senate

The network’s numbers show that a 3.5-point undercount of Republican support—the same margin seen in recent cycles—puts the GOP at 52 seats to 48.

States including Michigan, Maine, Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, and Texas all flip or hold red under that adjustment. Early voting returns already point in the same direction.
