President Trump has announced that he has reached a deal with Russia in which they will supply the U.S. with 300,000 tons of diesel immediately, 500,000 tons during November, and 1,000,000 tons after that.

He adds that Russia will then deliver 3,000,000 tons within a short period of time.

The price of diesel is about to come down.
