U.S. District Judge J. Paul Oetken has temporarily blocked the deportation of Oscar Bergal, a Dominican national who was shot by an ICE officer during an enforcement operation.

Bergal is in the country illegally and rammed his car into ICE agents with his 5 year old child in the car.

He has a prior grand larceny conviction.

He also has alleged ties to the Trinitarios gang.

These judges need to start being impeached.
