After Nidal Hasan murdered 13 people and shot 32 others at Fort Hood while shouting "Allahu Akbar", Obama refused to classify it as a terrorist attack.

Instead he classified it as “workplace violence”. This was an Islamic enemy combatant opening fire on our troops and Barack didn't think it met the threshold of terrorism.
