Hundreds of Thousands of Illegal Aliens are using this insane loophole to collect MORE in Food Stamps than American citizens.

Currently, mixed-status households with illegal immigrants qualify for larger SNAP benefits than all-citizen households with the same total income.

When determining eligibility, states can “prorate” the ineligible parent’s income — meaning only a portion of that income is counted instead of the household’s full earnings.

So, a household with illegals only needs to earn half the income of a household of U.S. citizens to receive the same benefits.

This loophole allowed for 893,000 illegal aliens to receive SNAP benefits.

States need to count all household income regardless of immigration status and prosecute people who hide it.

Government programs should be for American taxpayers only.
