A Staten Island judge just struck down Mamdani’s wealth tax rollout. The pied-à-terre surcharge — the hit on second homes over $5 million and co-ops over $1 million — had its notices voided as arbitrary and capricious.

Judge Wayne Ozzi ruled homeowners were substantially harmed and penalized needlessly and due process was disregarded. Win for the people, another L for Mamdani.

What a fail.
