The project marks the 30th anniversary of the Belarusian People's Congress and aims to preserve the recollections of individuals who took part in making decisions of national importance. The "The Belarusian People's Congress in Profiles" website brings together over 150 stories from delegates who served in various convocations of the Congress, drawing on information from regional and local media outlets.
⚡️ Journalists tracked down delegates from different years, recorded their memories, and gathered photographs from their personal family archives.
The project features stories from people across a wide range of professions including teachers, doctors, agricultural workers, veterans, and leaders of enterprises and districts. The project will continue to be updated with new material.
