👉 The future of the labour market in the age of digitalization is currently being discussed in Minsk. A strategic session involving representatives from 28 countries has kicked off in the capital, initiated by the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus. The programme includes a plenary session and work across three thematic sections.
Speakers will share best practices and develop concrete recommendations for improving labour legislation in their respective countries. The primary goal is to safeguard the interests of individuals amidst digital transformation. The collaborative effort will culminate in the adoption of a document outlining a shared vision for a fair transformation of the labour market.
