Here’s a roundup of the most important things we’ve shipped over the past few weeks — and what we’re working on right now.
During this time, we’ve done a significant amount of work both inside the platform and behind the scenes. Below are the key updates and the current status of ongoing development. We’re continuing to build the product in public — together with you.
✅ TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENTS
Over the past few weeks, we temporarily took the platform offline several times for scheduled maintenance.
The main goal was to optimize our internal verification algorithms: improve action tracking, speed up validation, and reduce the number of tasks incorrectly marked as failed.
The system now tracks user activity more accurately, and verification has become more stable. That said, we’re continuing to improve these processes even further.
✅ PREPARING FOR A MAJOR AI INDUSTRY FORUM
The Arena team is getting ready to present at a major industry AI forum.
We’ll introduce our project and showcase our proprietary technology in artificial intelligence. This is an important milestone for us: Arena is evolving beyond a fan platform into a high-tech product at the intersection of sports and our own AI technology stack.
We’ll share more details soon.
✅ CREATE TASKS HAVE ENTERED TESTING
One of the biggest updates: our Create task type has officially entered internal testing.
The core development work is already complete. We’re now calibrating and testing our proprietary AI-powered video analysis model, which will be responsible for reviewing user-submitted videos.
Before this feature becomes available to everyone, we want to make sure content is evaluated fairly, accurately, and consistently.
✅ LEADERBOARD UPDATE
Work on the new leaderboard is ongoing.
Our design and product teams are refining both the interface and the ranking system’s functionality. Our goal is to make the competition for the top spots more transparent and engaging — while ensuring that reaching the top delivers real value and recognition for our most active fans.
✅ EXPANDING AND IMPROVING OUR COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT CHANNELS: LINKEDIN, WHATSAPP, AND DISCORD
We’ve expanded our presence by launching official Arena channels on LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
At the same time, we’ve also improved our user support response times. If you run into a technical issue, a task isn’t credited correctly, or you have any questions about the platform, you can reach us in two ways:
• Support email: support@bcsarena.io
• Discord (Talk directly with a support manager in the dedicated support channel on our server): https://discord.gg/r9gcDdaec
• WhatsApp channel: https://chat.whatsapp.com/EGp4kFcODUN8PpI86vEZ9u
If you have questions, feel free to reach out 💬
🖤 Stay tuned — there’s a lot more coming!
