There was a "leak" that Zelensky allegedly was presented with this plan in the beginning of the year, but he supposedly rejected it due to the threat to civilians, followed by the false flag in Leipzig airport, and subsequent accusation of Russia's involvement with zero evidence.

Zelensky's Western handlers aren't even trying anymore. They have a bad case of diarrhea at night, due to terrible diet, and then say that "the evidence is clear" that it was Russia that caused the bad case of diarrhea in the morning.
