🌱More than just a Garden…🌳
The Circle Garden is a permaculture flower and vegetable garden. You see its diverse uses and the Vision of the Permacultural Landscape Parc. Circle Gardens are divided in 4 sectors: flower, leaf, root, and fruit (according to Steiner).They rotate yearly, following the principles of a four-field system. This results in excellent soil & microbiome health, which the plants thrive on and keep healthy.
The yields are very high:
8 m bed length:
100 kg pumpkin
40 kg zucchini from 2 plants.
All completely organic, without chemical fertilizers, pesticides or genetic modification.
Since 2021 Migizi Trost-Wagner has initiated, built, and supported over 35 of these gardens through workshops and films. This global project currently exists in Germany, Sweden, Spain Italy and the USA.
