on the second scenario that he gets extradited to the usa hes prolly gon be held till 18 or 21 aka 2-4 yrs cus hes a juvenile and juveniles cannot be detained past their 21st bday

worst case scneario here is he gets charged and extradited to the us as an adult which he is not whjich is theoretically gonna get him 30-60yrs which is quite unliekly even as that hed prob get like 3-7yrs in a low security
