Good morning, with a heart that remembers, trusts, and continues...

The Qur’an gives us a profound lesson in the story of Prophet Ya‘qub (peace be upon him):

“He said, ‘It grieves me that you should take him, and I fear that the wolf may eat him while you are unaware.’”

— Qur’an 12:13

Ptophet Ya‘qub knew sorrow...

He knew what it meant to lose someone beloved, to carry pain silently, and to wait through years that seemed unbearably long.

His grief was real, but his faith in Allah was greater.

There is a beautiful lesson in this journey:

When the heart becomes overwhelmed by what it cannot control, it must return the matter to the One who controls everything.

“And I entrust my affair to Allah.”

— Qur’an 40:44

Prophet Ya‘qub’s story reminds us that a painful chapter is not necessarily the end of the story.

What appears to be loss may be part of a divine path whose wisdom we cannot yet see.

As we remember the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, we carry both grief and responsibility.

His absence does not erase the words, values, and memories he left behind.

Remembrance becomes meaningful when it gives birth to commitment, patience, service, and steadfastness.

We mourn, but we do not surrender to sorrow.

We remember, and we continue.

We entrust our affairs to Allah, renew our covenant with truth, and keep walking the path with faith and dignity.

The road may be long.

The days may be difficult.

Yet the believer does not measure the journey only by what has been lost, but by what remains to be done.

We will continue the march.

We will continue with patience.

We will continue with faith.

And we will continue placing our trust in Allah.

May Allah grant mercy to the departed, strength to the steadfast, and light to every heart that remains faithful to the path of truth.
