⏺ELECTROLYTES - Salts.
Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium🟪
VERY IMPORTANT INFO
NOTE:
• PLEASE do a urine or saliva PH test for confirmation, if PH is acidic you need salts
• In this post, we recommend #salts such as #bakingsoda & gray sea salt which is full of minerals - 2 common brands are Celtic Sea Salt or MAISON Orphee Sea Salt.
• I put 1/2 tsp of baking soda (I do this as often as I can remember - 3x+ daily)
• 1/8 tsp gray sea salt (once daily)
• 1/8 tsp borax (once daily) under my tongue, let dissolve & swallow
• I nebulize saline (salt water), magnesium, colloidal silver, zinc, iodine, vit C, & more so it’s infused directly in my cells & blood stream as opposed to digestive system
💚Electrolytes help transmit nerve impulses, immune signals, and other communications between cells. Where is the highest concentration of communication on the body? The brain, of course.
💚Just like other cells in the body, brain cells (neurons) rely on electrolytes to send signals and talk to each other. But when electrolytes (especially sodium and potassium) are low, cells can't communicate as effectively, and their "crosstalk" gets compromised. This can lead to brain fog, fatigue, and other cognitive symptoms.
⏺FATIGUE & HEADACHES
A lot of "fatigue" & “headaches” is just dehydration.
The antidote to morning headaches and fatigue is SALT WATER.
If you're feeling "low energy" start hydrating.
Optimal hydration:
• 3 Liters of water
• 4 grams of sodium
• 4 grams of potassium
• 400 mg of magnesium
Watch your energy levels
⏺GYM / EXERCISE BENEFITS
Want to get an INSANE pump in the gym?
Drink SALT WATER:
• 2-3 grams sodium
• 20-30 oz of water
• Consume slowly
Start 30-60 minutes prior to gym
This boosts blood volume, blood circulation & dilates the arteries.
MASSIVE gains will follow.
⏺SALT BENEFITS
More salt = less sugar cravings
More salt = less dizziness/headaches
More salt = better exercise performance
More salt = better sleep
⏺OVERHYDRATING with PLAIN WATER CAN
• Dehydrate you
• Flush out electrolytes
• Cause you to pee all day
• Lead to low sodium levels
• Kill you (endurance athletes)
SOLUTION?
• CONSUME SALT with WATER!

💚What People Think It Does💚
• HYDRATION
• ELECTROLYTES
• BLOOD PRESSURE
💚What It Also Does💚
• STOMACH ACID
• NUTRIENT ABSORPTION
• IMMUNITY
• THYROID HORMONES
• VITAMIN C MOVEMENT
• INSULIN SENSITIVITY
• IMPROVES SLEEP
• NEUROTRANSMITTERS
• MAGNESIUM/CALCIUM BALANCE
• LOWERS CHOLESTEROL
• INCREASES HDL
• REDUCES STRESS HORMONES
• EXERCISE PERFORMANCE
• REDUCES BLOOD VISCOSITY
• INCREASES ENERGY
“Electrolytes don't give us energy - calories do that.
• But without electrolytes, we can't turn calories into ATP to power our cells.
• Magnesium supports the Krebs cycle
• The Krebs cycle turns food (stored energy) into ATP (usable energy)
• ATP helps pump potassium & sodium into & out of cells to conduct nerve impulses.
• Nerve impulses tell our muscles to contract, hearts to beat & neurons to interpret sensory information.
• Does all that affect our energy? You bet.”
⏺BENEFITS OF ELECTROLYTES WHILE FASTING
• More energy, less keto flu
• Less weight rebound
• Improved exercise performance
