CAROLINE WREN: After 13 days, James Talarico finally makes a bizarre, probably 30-second appearance at the Austin City Limits Music Festival. For the first time he's been seen at a campaign, seen in person in Texas since September 26th.

What are the chances of this, that a private plane took off from Austin on October 8th, two days ago, flew to the tiny airport in Hamilton, Ohio, which is 20 minutes from the Lindner Center of HOPE - which is a private inpatient mental health treatment facility? Then that plane spent the night there and took off around 9:00 AM on October 9th, yesterday, flew back to Austin, landing at 10:24 AM, right before James Talarico magically reappears after a 13-day hiatus at the Austin City Limits Music Festival that afternoon. @carolinewren
