📚 First off, it's best to find a couple of English textbooks that are appropriate for your level but are also at least slightly challenging. This will help you hone your English skills systematically without doing the actual Olympiad tasks. For example, I used Virginia Evans' CPE Use of English: I love the way it is structured and it's fun to work with.
📖 Make sure that you do at least two writings per week. It's best if you can find someone who'll be able to give you critical feedback. You can use past years' writing tasks or CAE and CPE writing part questions. Check out my #writings for comprehensive writing part guides.
Summer Programmes 💻
Join online Olympiad summer programmes. Keep an eye out for the ones hosted by online Olympiad schools and your regional centres. Not only are they a wonderful way to practice English with others, but they might be an opportunity for you to get into your regional team.
🔜 For example, I was invited to the Moscow Region English team after I had been noticed for my English level and enthusiasm by the team coaches during the British History Online Programme.

📺 Last but not least, don't forget to make your journey fun. I recommend watching movies and TV series in English. Checking out some period dramas and literary adaptations is great for expanding your knowledge of American and British culture.
📖 Download some English books. They don't have to be the classics - it's best to start with something modern and comprehensible in terms of the language and the plot. Avoid looking up every single new word. It's useful to learn how to deduce the meaning from the context. Plus, the reading experience will appear much more immersive and fun.
