Today, Axelar released a litepaper with Deutsche Bank and key partners, describing the DAMA 2 project.

What is DAMA 2?

A new framework designed to accelerate speed-to-market for institutional token issuers. It enables:

- Cross-chain asset servicing on public infrastructure
- No vendor lock-in
- Support for diverse client needs across multiple chains

DAMA 2 is a blueprint for how regulated institutions can issue, distribute, and service tokenized assets across public blockchains.
