Greetings.
Since we decided to build the AviumUI community last November, the Avium project has been with everyone for six months. Time has flown by so quickly that it feels surreal. We have carried so many expectations, and the project has evolved from a personal hobby into a daily part of some users’ lives—this fills us with immense gratitude and unease. We have strived to do everything well, yet ideals remain ideals, and reality is reality.
As the core maintainer and leader of Avium, this project has already consumed a great deal of my energy. I am only a student; while Avium has been a valuable project experience, my real life matters more. After we launched sponsorships, it is regrettable that the income has fallen far, far short of the server and related costs of the Avium project. Personally, I no longer have the energy to sustain future updates and meet everyone’s expectations.
We hate to say goodbye, but this is the best time to part.
May you be safe and well all year round, even if we never meet again.
