They say this "formed naturally."
Look at it again. The head. The eye socket. The mouth line. The body sitting back on its haunches. It's called Frog Rock for a reason.
Now look at what's around it. In 1890 the land is bare, wide open, not a tree in sight. Today it's buried in forest.
So two questions:
Is this really just a random granite boulder, or are we looking at something that used to be alive, turned to stone like the mudfossil researchers keep pointing out?
And why were so many places wiped this clean in the late 1800s, only to grow back like nothing ever happened?
