✅ Our services are limited to holding and managing transactions that involve cryptocurrency only.

✅ All service fees are final and non-refundable. Once funds are received, our fee will be deducted regardless of any subsequent changes or cancellations to the deal.

✅ We do not take responsibility for fluctuations in cryptocurrency prices or for any blockchain, gas, or transfer fees incurred during transactions.

✅ We strictly prohibit facilitating or supporting illegal activities of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, stolen goods, fraudulent activity, or other unlawful conduct.

✅ In cases where a platform account becomes locked, restricted, or banned, resolving the issue is the seller’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed beforehand.

✅ It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any wallet address you provide. We are not liable for funds lost due to incorrect or mistyped addresses.

✅ Funds will only be released once both parties have confirmed they are ready to proceed. Using phrases such as “done,” “confirmed,” “release,” or similar terms will be interpreted as consent to release the funds or goods.

✅ If a dispute arises, we will do our best to mediate fairly between both parties. However, the final decision will rest solely with us.
