What you will do:
- Communicate with Uzum Market sellers through online chats;
- Assist partners with operational and technical questions;
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner requests;
- Ensure clear and professional communication with sellers.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has Chinese language proficiency at B1 level or higher;
- Is confident using computers and basic office applications;
- Has strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Is responsible, attentive to detail, and able to work in a team;
- Is willing to learn and develop professionally.
