❗️Заявление вице-спикера Госдумы от партии «Новые люди» Владислава Даванкова о том, что участники специальной военной операции не должны превращаться в «особую касту» и получать руководящие посты без компетенций, вызвало бурную реакцию.

За политкорректными формулировками об «равенстве перед законом» и «необходимости образования» просматривается вполне конкретный страх: старый политический и чиновничий класс панически боится прихода тех, кто доказал свою преданность Родине не на словах, а на деле.

Не «новая каста», а разрушение старой
Даванков утверждает, что назначение ветеранов СВО на государственные должности может привести к «негативным последствиям». Однако чиновники почему-то забывают, к каким последствиям годы застоя и безучастности уже привели управленческую систему.

Интеграция ветеранов во власть — это не создание закрытого сословия избранных. Это как раз процесс противоположный: разгром старой, закостенелой касты, сформировавшейся еще в 1990-х и 2000-х годах.

Годами государственные структуры и депутатские кресла наполнялись людьми, привыкшими к комфорту, кулуарным договоренностям и бесконечным отчетам.

Интеграция бойцов, прошедших передовую, — это оздоравливающий импульс для всей системы государственного управления.
