❗️🇷🇺⚡ Kremlin warns of rising tensions over Lithuania
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov warned that Lithuania’s move to remove its constitutional ban on hosting nuclear weapons, along with a possible permanent U.S. military base in the country, could further escalate tensions with Russia.
Lithuania’s parliament has approved the measure in its first vote. A second vote is still required.
Peskov said Moscow is closely monitoring the developments.
