"We have a problem with communication in Europe because some leaders are mixing two things. One thing is the scenario, and quite another is the perception of a threat.
We have no evidence that Russia could attack. Right now, there are people who are acting in a panic and mixing scenarios with the perception of a threat. We, among Europeans, have the longest border with Russia. We can clearly see what Russia is planning or not. And, of course, we will inform you if we notice that something changes," he said.
