❗️🇺🇸⚡🇮🇷 US deploys another aircraft carrier and up to 10,000 additional troops to the Middle East.
The USS Theodore Roosevelt carrier strike group and USS Makin Island amphibious group are being sent to the region, adding thousands of sailors and Marines.
