❗️11% of the territory of the DPR remains under Ukrainian control, according to Vladimir Putin.
The President noted that the entire territory of the DPR will be liberated much sooner than Ukraine and Europe expect.
Putin commented on Kiev's position in the conflict:
🔹 Russia was ready to resume negotiations on Ukraine as early as September 21st, but then Kiev attempted strikes during the election period.
🔹 Ukraine itself is not holding elections and tried to disrupt them in Russia.
🔹 Russia is ready for peaceful negotiations on Ukraine.
🔹 It was the Ukrainian side that suspended the negotiation process, not Russia.
