❗️The United States is ending its membership in GRECO, the Council of Europe’s anti-corruption monitoring body.
Washington had been part of the organization since 2000. The move comes as the Trump administration reassesses U.S. participation in international institutions it views as unnecessary or too intrusive.
With the withdrawal, the U.S. joins Russia and Belarus as the only countries to have left GRECO - ABC News
