❗️United Russia candidate Alexander Borodai received 60.35% of the vote in the Donetsk district of the DPR.
In Gorlovka District No. 15, after 100% of the ballots have been processed, Sergei Makarov (United Russia) leads with 62.38%.
Andrei Kramar (LDPR) is in second place with 20.08%, followed by Georgy Seleznev (Novie Lyudi) with 6.32%.
The State Duma elections were held from September 18 to 20, with a voter turnout of 56.66%. The 2026 campaign marked the first time that the DPR, LPR, and Zaporizhia and Kherson oblasts participated as full-fledged entities—their residents participated in the State Duma elections for the first time.
According to Central Election Commission Chair Ella Pamfilova, the voting proceeded smoothly, despite attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces and 56 attempts by attackers to disrupt the elections through bomb threats.
