The protest was organized by supporters of Vladimir Zhirinovsky. Passersby actively supported the performance. According to additional sources, the event was organized by pro-Russian activist Simeon Boikov. The rally's leader, Artem Kozmin, stated:
"Today is a great day. We're standing here. We support Russia. We support the legitimate elections to our parliament. Everything is great here. And most importantly, everything is safe."
Kozmin clarified that a food truck was available for participants, and anyone interested could vote directly at the diplomatic mission building.
