⚠️ NEW HOME SALES FALL SHARPLY ACROSS AUSTRALIA
New home sales fell 10% in August and 19.3% over winter, with sales now 7.7% lower than a year ago, according to the HIA.
Victoria recorded the biggest winter decline at 27%, followed by Queensland at 20.2% and NSW at 17.5%.
