[i.]  ★  send your commission request via DM. full payment (or a 45% deposit) should be made beforehand. the design process will begin once payment is successfully confirmed.

[ii.]  ★  standard processing takes 1-2 weeks with working days and working hours. feel free to choose from the faster processing, based on the turnaround time you require and, in accordance with the agreed terms.

[iii.]  ★  minor revisions are accepted free of cost, limited to 4 per commission. major revisions that require a complete redesign are accepted with additional costs starting IDR 15,000.

[iv.]  ★  please note that completed design stages cannot be reversed under any circumstances. after the design is submitted and received, the transaction is considered complete and final. any errors discovered after that will not be covered, and no refunds.
