Every ATLETA Improvement Proposal (ATIP) goes through a strict process.
This isn’t just about writing code — it’s about building a transparent, resilient system 👀

Let’s briefly go through the 7 different states of ATIP Status:

① Idea — just an idea, not yet in the system;
② Draft — submitted but not open for feedback;
③ Review — open for community discussion;
④ Consolidation — final edits (up to 30 days), with Governance input;
⑤ Final — approved and ready for implementation;
⑥ Stale — inactive for over 6 months;
⑦ Withdrawn — pulled by the author, can’t be reused under the same number.

Each ATIP has a status — and only those that reach Final can be implemented in the system.
