💡 What is 'Propose' in ATLETA Governance?

Proposing is the process when users suggest changes to the protocol in ATLETA's governance system. The lifecycle of a proposal involves 3 phases:

① Screening: The submitted proposal is reviewed for 72 hours and moves forward. If flagged by a supermajority of members, it’s discarded.

② Consideration: The community discusses, approves, denies, or resubmits the proposal for a period between 7 to 90 days.

③ Implementation: The proposal is implemented if it receives at least two-thirds of the voting power with 44% approval. Otherwise, it's rejected.
