🔥 Governance Without Staking

To enhance accessibility and engagement for $ATLA community, we introduced floating participation. It means any wallet holding $ATLA can vote in referendums without staking 🔒

🦿 But there are rules:

• Voting is allowed, but tokens must be temporarily locked into a proposal;
• Discussing is allowed, with a posting frequency limit (one post per hour);
• Proposing is not allowed. Only stakers can submit proposals;
• Flagging proposals is not allowed. Only stakers can submit proposals.

Floating participation gives all $ATLA holders a taste of what can be possible with staking. After trying floating participation, our community members start staking and actively partake in network governance.
